Welcome to CocoOne. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.cocoone.net (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. The Site is owned and operated by Dega Group, Inc. d/b/a CocoOne ("CocoOne," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Products & Availability

CocoOne offers premium plant-based coconut beverages and related products. We strive to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, pricing, and packaging. However, actual colors and packaging may vary depending on your device and may differ slightly from images shown.

All products are subject to availability.

 We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities 

  • discontinue products 

  • modify product offerings 

  • change pricing 

  • refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Certain CocoOne products may be available through recurring subscriptions powered by Appstle.

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Your payment method will automatically be charged according to your selected delivery schedule. 

  • Your subscription automatically renews until canceled. 

  • You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting Customer Support before your next billing date. 

  • Subscription prices may change. If they do, we will provide advance notice before the new pricing becomes effective. 

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

  • inventory shortages 

  • pricing errors 

  • payment authorization failure 

  • suspected fraud 

  • violations of these Terms 

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund for the canceled items.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because our products are perishable food items, please review these policies carefully before placing an order.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, CocoOne may offer promotional pricing, coupons, or discount codes. Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be combined 

  • promotions have no cash value 

  • promotions may expire without notice 

  • promotions may be canceled or modified at our discretion 

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your account information.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • violate any law 

  • interfere with Site security 

  • upload malicious software 

  • attempt unauthorized access 

  • use automated tools to scrape Site content 

  • infringe upon intellectual property rights 

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access.

11. Product Disclaimer

CocoOne products are food and beverage products.

Information provided on this Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
