Our Story | The beginning
CocoOne was born from a simple belief: the purest plant-based coconut products should taste exactly as nature intended, clean, fresh, and full of life.
My earliest memories of coconut come from growing up in Haiti, where coconut water wasn't a trend or a product, it was simply part of everyday life. Along the seashore, a freshly opened young coconut offered refreshment that was naturally cool, gently sweet, and deeply nourishing. At home, I watched my grandmother prepare coconut milk the traditional way, using only fresh coconut meat and coconut water. Nothing added. Nothing taken away. Just pure, honest ingredients.
Those moments shaped my understanding of what real coconut should taste like and the standard it should always meet.
Moving to United States
When I later moved to the United States, I searched for that same authenticity but couldn't find it. Many products contained unnecessary ingredients or lacked the fresh, natural taste I remembered. That experience inspired me to create something better, a brand that would bring the true taste of coconut back to consumers.
After searching for the finest coconuts in the world, our journey led us to Vietnam, a region internationally recognized for producing exceptionally flavorful, nutrient-rich coconuts. There, we partnered with experienced growers and socially responsible producers who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and respect for the land. Together with food experts, we carefully developed recipes that preserve the coconut's natural character while meeting the highest international quality standards.
