At CocoOne, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are perishable food and beverage items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened or unopened products once they have shipped. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers and complies with food-safety standards.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable nature of our coconut beverages, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Ordering the wrong flavor or quantity by mistake.
• Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or are no longer in their original condition.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before checking out.

We'll Make It Right

While we can't accept returns, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products. We will replace or refund your order in the following situations:

• Damaged in transit — your order arrives broken, leaking, or compromised.
• Defective product — a quality issue with the product itself.
• Wrong item — you received a product different from what you ordered.
• Missing items — part of your order didn't arrive.

How to Report an Issue

3. Clear photos of the affected product(s) and packaging.

Once we review your claim, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within [5–10] business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You will not be asked to ship the product back.

Order Cancellations

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time through your customer account or by contacting us, as long as changes are made before your next billing/processing date. Once a subscription order has been billed and processed, the standard "all sales final" policy applies, subject to the "We'll Make It Right" section above. Lost or Undelivered Packages
